Maybe Next Time - The Audio Experience by Christina C Jones

A Review By: NJH

For better or worse…

That was the promise Denver and Kensa made, but it’s a sentiment they’ve somehow lost along the way. What started as a passionate wildfire has diminished to a flicker, all but snuffed out by unspoken fears, perceived betrayal, and a complete breakdown in communication. Can either of them tuck their ego away long enough to rekindle their flame?

Denver doesn't want to lose Kensa, and he will do whatever it takes to win his wife back. Rekindling and gaining the trust and love back can be a brutal and frustrating battle. But it's so worth it.

The book is Grown and Sexy. I like when a man is willing to admit he messed up. Kensa was not for the “you said sorry so let's move forward.” Noooo, my girl was like, “I need action,” and Denver moved

Now let's talk about this performance: "Chef Kiss" The narration was superb. I felt it in my soul.

The narration alone deserves a North Star Award.

However, I wanted more. It was too short. Seriously, the book was a novella but felt like a full novel. I'm just being greedy.
