This book was an interesting journey to love. It showcased the importance of taking care of your mental health to deal with trauma. As always, another beautifully written book by Love Belvin.

Myles Washington, Zakiya: Their voices meshed well together. They truly understood their characters. When it came to this audiobook, there was nothing held back. They performed their roles perfectly. You heard the pain, joy, and laughter in their voices. The emotional impact of this story is one of the things that made it so great to read; so the fact that they went above and beyond means the world to me as a listener.

The way Zakiya manipulated her voice between the male and female characters was outstanding. The way she embodies these characters was so moving and believable. She gave each character their own identity. She helped to elevate this story to the next level. She did a fantastic job.

Myles Washington outdid himself in book two. Washington ensured that when you think of Ragee, you only think of him. He even did the voices of some of the characters we know and love from the LB universe and somehow convinced me that’s the only way they could sound. He was just a pleasure to listen to. It didn’t matter if he was chuckling, crying, or going off on someone, Washington always delivered it with the impact that the story deserved.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this audiobook.
